What equipment do you use?

We use the state of the art Epson F2100 DTG printer for all of our garment prints. This machine provides maximum detail, color values and prints are good for over 1500 washes before fade.

What's the quality of the t-shirt you're providing me with?

We print on Smartex and Cotton Heritage premium blanks that are 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester.

How long do deliveries take?

Every order is processed within 4-7 days and delivery within 4 business days or less. These times vary significantly for international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, extra shipping and handling fees may apply depending on region.

What's the return policy?

All sales are final. Returns and or refunds are valid ONLY if the product is damaged, misprinted or if the recipient receives the wrong item.

What's my maximum print size?

The maximum canvas size on all of our prints are 14"W x 16"H

What file types do I upload?

Preferably PNG's, we also accept JPG's, PDF's and Vector files. Keep file DPI's between 150-300 DPI for maximum print resolution.

Do I need to order a minimum amount?

No minimums at all! Order as little or as many shirts as you want. Orders of 20 sales or more contact us or email us at: sales@standardprintshop.com for wholesale pricing.

Do I have a color limit on my designs?

No, we print as many colors as your design has, same rate.

Do I have to pay a setup fee?

Nope, we handle all the setup on our end. Just upload your design, pay the flat fee and enjoy your print!
